| Comm2A Submits IRS Filing for Determination of Non-Profit Status |

Commonwealth Second Amendment, Inc - Comm2A - announced today that they have completed and submitted their Application for Recognition of Exemption with the Internal Revenue Service. Recognition of exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code will allow Comm2A supporters and contributors to deduct their contributions on their Federal and State income taxes returns. We anticipate that the IRS review process will take as much as 6-9 months before a final determination letter is issued. During that time donors may still deduct contributions in anticipation of a final determination. This represents an important milestone in our evolution and will allow us to more aggressively pursue our stated mission. |
