Heller v. DC (Heller II) (DC) - Lost

Dick Heller is again challenging the constitutionality of the District's gun laws.  This action seeks to address the level of judicial review that should be applied to the District's gun laws as well as the constitutionality of the District's ban on assault weapons and large capacity feeding devices.

 

This case is supported by the National Rifle Association.  Stephen P. Halbrook is the plaintiff's attorney.
