Brent Carlton - Director, President

You need JavaScript enabled to view it is a Commonwealth Second Amendment co-founder and serves as the organization’s President.  He has worked for several software and technology companies in a services management role and is currently a partner in a CRM technology consulting firm.  Mr. Carlton holds a BA from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College. He is an active USPSA competitor and Range Officer. Brent is an accredited firearms safety instructor by the by the State of Massachusetts and the NRA and the owner of www.massgunsafety.com.

 

Thomas Bolioli - Director, Secretary

You need JavaScript enabled to view it is a Commonwealth Second Amendment co-founder and serves as the Board’s Secretary and Operations Director.  He has over 17 years of experience in IT and has a Masters degree from Brown University in Environmental Studies, with a focus on demographics, land-use and economics. His undergrad degree is in ES and Anthropology with a focus on demographics, economics and global environmental issues. Mr. Bolioli has owned and operated a small business in MA since 2001.

 

Robert Boudrie - Director, Treasurer

You need JavaScript enabled to view it is a Commonwealth Second Amendment co-founder and serves as Treasurer and Director.  He has worked in the computer and high technology industry for 30 years and is currently employed as a consulting engineer for a Fortune 500 technology firm. He holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Northeastern University. He serves as a director of the United States Practical Shooting Association, a 501(c)(3) corporation and is a technology consultant to three firearms manufacturers. Mr. Boudrie is also a State of Massachusetts certified firearms licensing instructor (12 years) and NRA certified instructor (21 years).

 

Derek Hoskins - Director

Derek Hoskins served four years active duty in the United States Marine Corps, attaining rank of Sergeant, and was an active member on the USMC Shooting team during that time.  He later served five years in the Army reserve as a Stinger Missile gunner and infantry team leader. Mr. Hoskins earned Distinguished Rifleman and the President's Hundred Tab shooting in highpower rifle competitions. Derek also started Northeastshooters.com in 2005 seeking a place for individuals interested in firearms in the local area to communicate, learn from each other, to educate others on the laws in MA as well as a general means to promote shooting sports in the north east. Northeastshooters.com has evolved into the preeminent shooting resource for New Englanders and beyond. He now works as a database programmer for a software company in Northboro, MA.

 

Donna Major - Director

Born and raised in MA, Donna Major has lived in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston most of her life and works as an MRI specialist at a leading Boston hospital. Ms. Major only began shooting in 2002 and quickly became a competitor and passionate supporter of shooting sports. Ms. Major is a founding member of Boston Urban Action Shooters, a USPSA affiliated club that calls Dorchester home. Motivated by the restrictive gun ownership climate in Boston, Donna joined the Second Amendment Sisters in 2005 and currently services as the organization’s Boston Area Coordinator. She is often the voice for second amendment rights in Boston and was prominently featured in the Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership video “No Guns for Negros” (Part 1 - Part 2). Donna is also a NRA and Massachusetts state certified firearms safety instructor and frequently holds events to introduce inner-city women to firearms.
